This site is my attempt to share the trials and
tribulations of my desire to conquer my weight. I will share my
ups and downs of the journey to regain the weight level I
maintained wrestling in high school.
I decided January 2006 that I needed to loose
150lbs. January 2006 I crunched the scales at 394lbs. After 1
year of changing my eating habits and walking 1 mile a day I
lost 42lbs.
January 2007 I weighed 352lbs.
March I injured my knee and spent 6 weeks on crutches. I was
happy that during the time I was laid up with the knee injury I
only gained 3lbs.
I will post my exercise schedule, meal plan,
snacks, and progress during my journey to being Just to Old.
